This policy describes the current version of DUSKLEAP, developed by Tullio Monti, TM Software. Last updated: October 14, 2026.
Game data
No account is required. Progress, completed levels, times, falls and personal bests are stored locally on your device and are not sent to the developer by the game.
Advertising and tracking
The current version contains no advertising, in-app purchases or advertising tracking. Unity analytics and cloud diagnostics services are disabled.
Permissions and platform services
The game does not request access to location, contacts, camera or microphone. Apple and Google may process store, device, backup or diagnostic data according to their own policies and your settings.
Support requests
If you voluntarily contact support by email, the developer receives your email address and the information you choose to send. These are used to answer your request and address the problem, not for marketing. Support correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to provide assistance and handle any disputes or legal obligations. For privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion of data sent by email, contact info@tmsoftware.it. You may also contact your competent data protection authority.
Local saves and children
Playing does not require your name, age or other personal information. Saves remain on your device until removed; backup copies depend on your operating system.
Changes
If online services, analytics, advertising or purchases are introduced, this policy and store disclosures will be updated before those features are released.
